Waitrose launches its latest price cuts on everyday purchases.

New lower prices offer "affordable quality"

More than 200 everyday products are included in the campaign, with a strong emphasis on the essentials entry tier private label range, which Waitrose reports has experienced a double digit sales boost since lockdown. Only a handful of branded products are included in the activity.

The new lower prices on average offer a reduction of more than 15%.

In its previous promotional cycle, Waitrose highlighted prices rounded to the nearest pound, another simple way to communicate value to shoppers.
