Publix is launching a new scheme called Club Publix, its first personalised membership program.

Benefits of the scheme

The free program is open to all Publix shoppers and offers a number of special benefits, including early notification of promotions and other sales. Digital features include being able to pay by scanning the Publix app and the ability to receive e-receipts. To capitalise on the growing importance of personalisation, the program offers exclusive member perks and content which is personalised to each user.

Creating a seamless shopping experience

The program will help shoppers to enjoy a more seamless experience and those who are already publix.com account holders will automatically be enrolled. For other shoppers, they can sign up online, by text or by downloading and registering their details in the Publix app. In a competitive retail market, personalisation and exclusive benefits can help a retailer to stand out and drive shopper loyalty.
