Booths enhances loyalty card with new rewards

North-west regional premium supermarket, Booths has announced a range of new rewards to boost the benefits of its Booths Card loyalty scheme launched in June this year.  The scheme was launched initially as as e-receipts platform and has enjoyed significant take-up amongst customers of its 29 stores.

My Rewards

The key new feature for the Booths Card is an ongoing scheme of rewards, which provides customers with 10% money back on the purchase of specific lines across the store.  These rewards are accumulated in a customer account and when these hit £5, shoppers are automatically reimbursed with a £5 voucher for redemption with Booths.

Participating products across the store

Products that qualify for the 10% discount reward will be clearly marked in store, and include both branded and private label lines.  Reward categories cover seasonal lines for the major events during the year, as well as meat and fish and wine.  In meat and fish customers are particularly rewarded for buying into Booths' three for £10 and five for £15 deals.

Instant rewards also key

The My Rewards scheme sits alongside a raft of benefits already in place, allowing Booths Card holders to get complimentary hot drinks when they shop in store, as well as free newspapers when they spend over £5.  Booths Card holders also already qualify for a 5% discount on purchases of six or more bottles of wine, and My Reward will offer further benefit on top of this.
