Amazon adds 60 more brands to its Dash Button program, with a total of over 200 buttons now available to US Prime members.
New additions include food and drink brands
Prime members can now choose from 60 more brands across a variety of new food and beverage essentials, including Coca-Cola, Pop-Tarts and Amazon's private label coffee brand, Happy Belly, as well as pet treats and personal care items.
The Dash Button program expanded internationally in August by launching in Austria, Germany and the UK, with more brands likely to be added over time.
Increasing use of the Dash Button
Amazon has said that an increasing number of Prime members are using Dash Button, with popular items being ordered more via the button than via Amazon.com.
Head of e-commerce at Reynolds Consumer Products, said, "The program has been so successful that for some of our products, orders via Dash Button for Hefty now occur more often than orders on the Amazon.com website."
