Bradley’s Supermarkets is a very well-regarded two store Nisa operator, trading through two convenience stores in the Leicestershire villages of Quorn and Rothley. Both stores have been recently refitted, Quorn in 2021 and Rothley in 2022, and we recently enjoyed a visit to the Quorn store to see how the retailer balances the benefits of being part of a national symbol organisation with the agility to identify and service local market needs. We came away highly impressed with the store’s design and merchandising as well as the retailer’s local sourcing endeavours, the approach to food-to-go and its in-house food preparation capabilities.
