Don Don Donki, also known as Donki, is opening its third store in Hong Kong.
Largest Donki in the market
The new Donki store will open on 7 July at 10am on Paterson Street, Causeway Bay (CWB) - the first on Hong Kong Island. It will be much larger than the first Tsim Sha Tsui (2,137 sq m / 23,000 sq ft) and second Tsuen Wan (2,415 sq m / 26,000 sq ft) branches, covering 4,459 sq m / 48,000 sq ft across four floors of shopping mall Pearl City.
Even greater range of products to be available
Donki stores are famous for their vibrant merchandising and broad range of products. CWB Donki will have a massive selection of products, most of which sourced from Japan. Groceries, discount merchandise, ready-to-eat meals, snacks, liquor, fresh produce, health and beauty products and electronics will be available. The store will also have a discount sale section, with products starting at just HKD5 (US$0.6).
Japanese products are very popular amongst Hong Kong shoppers. We expect the new Donki store to be well-received, especially as travel overseas is currently disrupted by COVID-19.
