Boots has formed a three year partnership with Public Health England to encourage one million people to take action to improve their health.
New year, new you
The Reboot Quiz is the partners' first initiative, launched in January 2020. This asks users questions on how they are feeling, eating, drinking, moving and smoking before providing a personalised wellness score out of ten. They can then register their details for personalised product and service recommendations and advise (click here to try it).
The retailer is leveraging its wide customer base in supporting the initiative; as well as hosting the quiz on the Boots.com website, it is currently being promoted through its social feeds and in its stores.
Duncan Selbie, chief executive at Public Health England commented "This collaboration with Boots puts public health expertise right in the hands of people looking to make a difference to their health".
Leading on health
Helping people look and feel better is at the heart of Boots' business purpose. The retailer is well placed to serve more holistic approaches to health through its evolving pharmacy, retail and service propositions. In the last year this has manifested in a number of ways, including the inclusion of its largest ever wellness range in its Covent Garden flagship, which also offers customers a "Balanced" meal deal, focusing on healthier options.
