Italian retailer Crai has revealed a 13% increase in turnover for 2015.
Teamwork was key to performance
Chief executive of Crai, Marco Bordoli, said the retailer's commitment over 2015 had paid off with a satisfactory performance from its stores in a competitive and economically challenging environment. Crai added 243 new stores and 107 drugstores in 2015.
Plans to strengthen brand image in 2016
Crai intends to strengthen its brand image, with a marketing campaign focusing on its personal relationship with the customer. In terms of products, it will launch an organic private label line in February. Crai Bio will comprise 70 products and is aimed at meeting the growth opportunities it sees in the healthy living and eating trend.
