We visited six Migros Turk stores in Istanbul to see how the retailer is operating across its supermarket and convenience formats. In our visits we observed how it implements its strategic priorities in-store, focusing on three pillars; unrivalled service quality, rich product diversity and prices that contribute to families’ budgets. We also highlight initiatives in its growing ecommerce service, an area of increasing focus for the retailer.
