In this first look report we explore key elements of Holland & Barrett’s newly transformed store design, which focuses on making wellness more accessible and showcases the latest trends. We saw these developments in action in its redesigned store in Hemel Hempstead, which was updated in December 2020, and comes after the launch of its first updated store concept in Chelmsford in July 2020 and a larger store in Angel Islington.

The store opened on 2nd October and offers shoppers a range of premium beauty brands across skincare, fragrances and cosmetics. The launch of Next’s beauty halls comes after its successful online premium beauty business and it plans to roll out more stores before Christmas.
