April market boosted by earlier Easter

The latest Kantar market share figures, covering the 12 weeks to 15th April 2012, show that UK market growth accelerated to 5.0%, the highest rate since January 2012.  However, the market was flattered both by ongoing inflation and the calendar effects of the non-comparable Easter, which fell outside the period in 2011.
